About the Role
We have a strong pipeline of work and can offer job security. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join us. This hands-on role is key to maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces—from regular garden upkeep to landscape improvements. You'll work across a variety of sites, keeping grounds tidy, healthy, and visually appealing year-round.

Key Responsibilities

· Mow, edge, mulch, and maintain gardens and grounds

· Prune, hedge, trim, and slash as needed

· Weed control (manual and chemical) and fertilising

· General cleanups, waste removal, and maintenance of appearance

· Use mobile technology for tracking, reporting, and team communication

· Maintain tools and vehicles in excellent working order

Ensure safety and quality standards are always met

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

· Professional experience in garden and/or grounds maintenance or transferable skills with a willingness to learn

· Competent with powered garden equipment (mowers, trimmers, slashers)

· Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

· National Police Clearance

· Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain).

· Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments

· Team player with good communication and a can-do attitude

· Reliable and punctual

Desirable:

· Horticulture or landscaping qualifications (or willingness to obtain)

· Paving and or concreting experience will be highly regarded

· Chemcert Certificate, Chainsaw training, MC Licence, First Aid Certification

· Leadership qualities
