About the role

Tender Petals Florist and Giftware is seeking a passionate and skilled Florist to join our team in Point Cook, Victoria. In this casual role, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Designing and creating a variety of floral arrangements, bouquets and everyday purchases

Maintaining the freshness and appearance of flowers and plants in the store

Providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service, assisting customers in selecting the perfect floral products

Ensuring the store is well-organised and stocked with a wide variety of high-quality flowers and related products

Collaborating with the team to support the overall operations of the florist shop

What we're looking for

Excellent design and creativity skills to create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a personalised experience for each client

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the team

Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
