The division you'll support employs around 400 people across several states providing tech solutions and services to the banking and retail sectors.
About the Role
As the HR Business Partner, you will support a national workforce made up of technicians, specialists, and customer service teams. You will work closely with the executive leadership team and broader HR team in other states to support frontline leadership and collaboration.
This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step into a proactive business partnering position. You will lead the delivery of core HR initiatives such as succession planning, performance development, and workforce capability uplift. A key area of focus will be ensuring accurate award interpretation and pay compliance, addressing existing challenges and embedding consistency across the business.
About You
You’re a capable and confident HR Business Partner with solid experience in stakeholder engagement, performance management, and driving the delivery of core HR processes. You have strong knowledge of employment legislation and are comfortable interpreting modern awards and resolving pay-related issues. Experience in a blue collar or technical settings will be highly regarded.
