Workfast is seeking Concrete Agitator Drivers for our client based in Port Hedland, WA.

This is an ongoing local role (not FIFO) suited to drivers with HR licences (or above) and a strong focus on safety and reliability, working as part of a professional team servicing the local construction industry.

What You Need

• MANUAL HR Driver's Licence (or above)
• Local residency within Port Hedland, WA (no FIFO)
• White Card
• Current WorkSafe WA Fatigue Management Certificate
• Previous experience as an Agi or heavy vehicle driver preferred
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to complete routine checks
• Ability to pass a full medical & drug and alcohol test

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving and operating an Agitator truck to deliver premixed concrete across the Port Hedland area
• Conducting pre-start checks and routine maintenance of vehicle and mixer
• Monitoring the quality and consistency (slump) of each load to ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintaining cleanliness of truck and mixer as per company standards
• Following all safety and environmental policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Working collaboratively with dispatch, batching, and production teams to deliver quality outcomes
