About the Role

We’re seeking skilled and reliable HR Truck Drivers / Concrete Agitator Drivers ready to start immediately across a mix of local and FIFO assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Operate HR trucks or agitators in compliance with road laws and company safety systems

Conduct pre-start inspections and complete logbooks accurately

Load, transport, and deliver concrete or materials to site as directed

Maintain cleanliness and mechanical checks of assigned vehicle

Work collaboratively with batch plant, dispatch, and site teams to meet delivery schedules

Follow site safety and environmental procedures at all times

Key Responsibilities

Operate HR trucks and agitators safely and efficiently in line with company and client standards

Complete daily pre-starts, safety checks, and delivery documentation

Load, transport, and discharge materials or concrete safely to various project sites

Communicate clearly with batch plants, dispatch teams, and site supervisors

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues promptly

Work collaboratively to uphold high safety and productivity standards across every job

What You’ll Bring

Current HR Licence (HC desirable)

Proven experience operating Concrete Agitator, Tipper, or Water Cart trucks

Construction White Card

Strong safety awareness and reliable work ethic

Existing site inductions highly regarded (please list any current or previous):

Rio Tinto / FMG / BHP / Woodside / Bechtel / Santos

FIFO experience preferred but not essential

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
