Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Grounds Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to carry out general ground’s maintenance tasks on commercial properties. Your work will directly contribute to the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of these spaces. Key responsibilities include:

• Lawn care, mowing, and snipping
  
• Landscape maintenance and plant care
  
• Pest and weed control
  
• Hardscape maintenance
  
• Seasonal cleanup and debris removal
  

Conservation and Land Management Duties:

In addition to general grounds maintenance, you will also be involved in conservation and land management activities, such as:

• Native plant installation
  
• Weed Identification
  
• Implementing sustainable landscaping practices

Requirements

• Grounds Maintenance Experience: Proven experience in commercial grounds maintenance is
  essential.

• Reliability: Dependability is key in delivering consistent and high-quality maintenance services.
  
• Qld Construction White Card: Possession of a Qld Construction White Card is required.
  
• Chemical Spray Experience: Experience with chemical spraying for weed control and pest management is preferred.
  
• Own Transport: You should have access to your own transportation to get to crew meeting point.
