About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves maintaining and enhancing gardens, including lawn care, garden makeovers, and light landscaping. If you love working outdoors and take pride in creating beautiful landscapes, this position is perfect for you. You will be reporting to a leading hand who are easy going and value hard work, reliability and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform lawn mowing, edging, weed control, planting, pruning, and general garden upkeep.

Handle garden makeovers, light landscaping projects, and equipment operation.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure safe work practices.

Keep accurate records of time and work through our CRM.

Communicate professionally with clients and members of the public.

Requirements:

Proven experience in gardening or landscaping with strong plant and gardening knowledge.

Ability to work independently or in a team, with excellent time management skills.

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy objects.

Valid driver's license

Upon accepting a job offer, the applicant must be able to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a Police Check.
