About the Role
As a Senior Mechanic, you’ll be performing maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections on our e-scooter fleet. This is a hands-on role best suited for those who enjoy technical challenges, appreciate variety in their work, and are committed to safety and quality.

Role Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on e-scooters and e-bikes

Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure all units meet safety and performance standards

Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable solutions

Document completed work and maintain accurate service records

Collaborate with the broader operations team to ensure timely deployment of serviced vehicles

Requirements

1-3 years of experience working with light vehicles (e.g., cars, motor scooters, motorcycles) or electrical systems

Formal qualifications in automotive mechanics, such as a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

A valid driver's licence

Ability to regularly lift, carry, and manoeuvre items weighing 28-35 kg

A suitable smartphone (2018 or newer Apple or Android device) for on-the-job tasks
