About the Roles

We currently have two positions available for dependable and proactive individuals to support our factory and field operations:

1. Factory / Yard Hand

You'll play a key role in day-to-day yard and factory operations, preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and assisting with dispatch.

Key duties:

• Measure, cut, and prepare aluminium and steel materials for jobs
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely (saws, grinders, etc.)
• Pick, pack, and organise materials for delivery and installation
• Load/unload trucks using forklifts and manual handling
• Maintain a clean and safe yard and factory area
• Complete basic paperwork, job sheets, and stock checks

1. MR Delivery Driver

You'll be responsible for delivering and collecting fencing materials and equipment across Sydney, ensuring safe handling and efficient service.

Key duties:

• Drive MR trucks to deliver materials and fencing products to and from sites
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
• Assist with basic repairs or light installation tasks when required
• Return old fencing materials to the yard
• Work closely with yard, factory, and installation teams

What We're Looking For

• Current MR or HR Driver's Licence (essential for driver role)
• Forklift Licence (for factory hand)
• White Card (construction induction)
• Previous experience in fencing, construction, or yard/factory work preferred
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Clear driving and criminal record
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to safety and detail
