Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking:

Experienced Team Leaders who motivate and lead crews.

Skilled Tradespeople with strong hands-on capabilities.

People who take pride in their craft and want to be part of something bigger.

Requirements:

White Card, Silica, Asbestos, and valid driver’s license (essential)

Proven experience in landscape construction (or strong desire to grow your skills)

Ability to read and interpret landscape plans

Skilled in paving, retaining walls, irrigation, decking, planting, and more

Leadership or teamwork abilities depending on your role

Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail

Trade qualifications (bonus, not essential)

Key Responsibilities

Execute high-quality landscaping projects (retaining walls, paving, decking, planting, irrigation, garden installations)

Read and interpret landscape designs and plans accurately

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools

Ensure all work complies with safety and industry standards

Communicate effectively with clients to meet or exceed expectations

Maintain job site cleanliness and organisation
