HR Truck Driver & Construction Labourer

In-Depth Landscape Construction is seeking a reliable and motivated HR Truck Driver & Construction Labourer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and enjoys contributing to high-quality landscaping projects across Canberra and surrounding regions.

The Role

This is a diverse role that combines truck driving with onsite labouring.
You'll play an important part in supporting our project teams by:

Operating HR vehicles to transport materials, machinery, and equipment to and from job sites.

Assisting with site preparation, material handling, and general labouring duties.

Performing basic maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment.

Working closely with project & site teams to ensure jobs run smoothly and safely.

Landscape labouring when required

Maintaining a clean and organised vehicle and yard area.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

A current HR licence (essential).

A minimum of 6 months HR truck driving experience is required.

Multiple machinery tickets are required including excavator and additional equipment certifications.

White Card, Silca Card & Asbestos (qualifications are essential)

Experience in labouring (beneficial)

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Ability to work well in a team environment and follow direction.

A positive attitude and willingness to lend a hand wherever needed.

Desirable but not essential:

Forklift licence.
