As an Evaluation Coordinator in the Research, Evaluation and Monitoring team, you will form part of a small specialist unit within the Governance and Strategy Team. You will contribute to the agency’s objectives by designing, delivering, and supporting robust program evaluations. This involves supporting evidence-based decision-making through high-quality research, monitoring, and analysis of both internal program and multi-agency initiatives, with a strong alignment with the Northern Territory Government’s Program Evaluation Framework.
To be successful in this position you require demonstrated knowledge and experience in evaluation methodology (such as Program Logic and Data Matrices) and data analysis, and the ability to manage competing priorities and operate in a highly complex environment of continuous change. Highly developed communication, diplomacy and relationship building skills are essential.
Experience in using data analysis software (SPSS, NVivo, and SAS) would be well received.
