THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our clients growing team on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday. In this role, you'll provide high-quality chairside support to our dentists across a range of procedures, ensuring our patients feel comfortable and cared for at every stage of their visit. You'll play a vital part in maintaining efficient clinical workflows - from preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments to assisting during treatments and managing infection control protocols. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role where your professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude will help create a welcoming and smooth experience for both patients and clinicians. Whether your background is in general dentistry or orthodontics, we value your experience and will support your continued development in a friendly, professional environment.

THE ESSENTIALS

• Previous Dental Assisting experience (General or Ortho)
• Strong understanding of infection control and clinical protocols
• A positive, team focused attitude and excellent communication skills
• Professional presentation and a commitment to patient care
• Relevant dental qualifications and current working rights in Australia
