About the role
- Max-term full-time (two-year) opportunity to commence your career within one of Australia's leading healthcare organisations
- Deliver meaningful, patient-centred Occupational Therapy care through rotations across diverse clinical areas including general medicine, surgery, orthopaedics, cardiology, neurology, neurosurgery, stroke, aged care, and rehabilitation
- Collaborate with experienced clinicians in a supportive, fast-paced, and multidisciplinary hospital environment
- Support patient recovery and flow through comprehensive assessments, evidence-based interventions, and effective discharge planning
- Build broad clinical experience while contributing to research, quality improvement, and service development initiatives
- Develop your professional capabilities through structured supervision, mentorship, and opportunities to support Occupational Therapy students on placement

About you
- You're a qualified-or soon-to-be qualified-Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration by the commencement date and a current, unrestricted NSW Class C Driver's Licence (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Recently graduated, or expecting to graduate in 2025, and ready to apply your knowledge and skills in a dynamic hospital environment
- Bring clinical placement experience across acute and sub-acute settings, with exposure to neurology, general medicine, surgery, and rehabilitation
- Confident in applying emerging clinical reasoning skills and exercising sound professional judgment under supervision
- A collaborative communicator who thrives in a multidisciplinary team, building strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
- Committed to continuous learning and quality improvement, with enthusiasm to contribute to evidence-based, patient-centred care
