An exciting opportunity is now available for a Senior Advisor (Business Services) to provide high level advice and guidance to managers, team leaders and team members through effective leadership and management of the business support services across the region. This will be a job share arrangement working part-time with your counterpart to provide coherent leadership and guidance to the Business Services team.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities required:
• Experience leading a busy and diverse team, along with knowledge of financial processes, asset and facilities management and business support functions and activities.
• Proven experience managing business outcomes through effective resource utilisation, performance monitoring, analysis and reporting.
• Preferred exposure in the management of procurement processes and contract management, records management, business improvement and governance activities.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly within the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
• High level interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability and the ability to be a forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
