Join our dedicated team in the Specialist Dementia Care Program (SDCP), a 9-bed unit designed to support individuals with behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll work collaboratively with Health Care Workers, Registered Nurses, ANUMs, and the Nurse Unit Manager to deliver behaviour support and recreational-based care that enhances quality of life and promotes independence and dignity. This role plays a vital part in stabilising and supporting individuals to transition into less intensive residential care settings.
You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team working closely with Dementia Support Australia, Dementia Training Australia, and specialist clinicians to deliver evidence-based care tailored to each person's unique needs.
