Olivet Residential Aged Care, a not-for-profit aged care provider with a strong history of compassionate and high-quality service, is seeking dedicated Enrolled Nurses / Team Leaders to join our caring and committed team in Ringwood About the Role: As an Enrolled Nurse / Team Leader, you will provide exceptional clinical care and leadership within our residential aged care home. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you’ll administer care in line with each resident's individual support plan and ensure clinical operations on your shift run smoothly. You will lead a team of Personal Care Workers (Care Companions), guide best practices, and support a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents
• Administer medications safely and in accordance with clinical requirements
• Supervise and support Care Companions to follow best practices
• Manage clinical documentation and resident care plans using eCase
• Coordinate shift activities, review resident needs and prioritize care tasks
• Promote resident independence, dignity, and choice
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and health professionals

• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives

What You’ll Need Essential:

• Current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed)
• Demonstrated experience or interest in aged care
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
• Current medication administration competency

Desirable:

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in aged care
• Completion of Certificate III in Aged Care or relevant health qualification
