You’ll work hands-on with a wide range of vehicles, from 4x4s and off-road rigs to high-performance builds like GT-Rs and Porsches, using premium components that we design and manufacture in-house.

Our team is growing nationwide, and we’re looking for skilled Automotive Technicians and Light Vehicle Mechanics to join us in:

Queensland: Capalaba, Slacks Creek, Arundel, Stafford, Bundaberg, Coopers Plains

Victoria: Carrum Downs, Pakenham

New South Wales: Arndell Park

What you’ll do

You’ll be part of a skilled workshop team, delivering top-tier suspension and underbody services to the Fulcrum standard.

Your day will include:

Diagnosing and repairing suspension, steering, and braking systems

Installing and fine-tuning 4x4 lift kits, GVM upgrades, and performance suspension mods

Performing precision wheel alignments and balancing

Mentoring apprentices and supporting a safe, tidy workspace

Recording service notes and customer updates via AutoOptix

What we’re looking for

You’ll need:

Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology

Current Driver’s Licence

At least 6 months’ workshop experience in Australia

We also welcome 3rd or 4th year apprentices eager to specialise in suspension and performance systems.

Bonus points for:

Cert IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis

Suspension or underbody tuning experience

Wheel alignment expertise

Experience mentoring apprentices or working in aftermarket environments
