Key Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction projects through full lifecycle delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and budget targets are met.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of project resources.
• Foster open communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and compliance with industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and risk management practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site and engineering teams.

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within the civil construction sector.
• Strong understanding of subdivisions, earthworks, and civil infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full project delivery including commercial and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Proven commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Advanced computer and system skills.
