Senior Site Supervisor (Concrete / Formwork) – South East Queensland

Amharc is looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team in South East Queensland. With a steady pipeline of diverse projects, we offer stable, long-term work in a professional and friendly environment.

We are seeking a dedicated individual interested in a long-term role as part of one of our core crews.

About the Role

As a Senior Supervisor [Concreter], you will be responsible for a range of concreting tasks, including:

Bridgeworks, retaining walls, culverts, slab-on-ground (footpaths, v-drains, etc.)

Managing multiple job sites and work crews.

Ensuring works are carried out to the highest level of quality and in a safe manner.

Assisting in programming works and cost management.

Assisting in pricing projects.

Liaising with subcontractors and clients.

Performing all aspects of formwork, steel fixing, and concreting.

Role would suit supervisors with either a Formwork or Concreting background who are looking to take a step up.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the civil construction industry

Ability to work independently and lead a team of tradespeople

Strong commitment to safety and quality work

A reliable and proactive approach

2 work references from previous supervisors (must be ready for us to call)

Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must have:
✔️ Valid Driver’s Licence
✔️ White Card
✔️ Certificate III in Concreting (or relevant experience)
✔️ Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
✔️ Experience working on TMR projects required
✔️ 2 work references from previous supervisors (must be ready for us to call)

Scaffolders

QBCC nominated supervisor licence

Training can be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude.
