We’re looking for friendly and reliable bar staff to join our team at a popular venue in Mermaid Beach. We’ve got a loyal local following, a laid-back vibe, and a steady mix of regulars and weekend crowds. We’re looking for people who enjoy hospitality, know how to carry themselves behind the bar, and can work well as part of a small, supportive team.

The role includes general bar duties such as pouring beers, mixing basic drinks, serving customers, processing payments, clearing tables, and keeping the bar area clean and well-stocked. While previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, it’s not a dealbreaker — we’re happy to provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.

We’re after people who are presentable, punctual, and comfortable engaging with customers. A good attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed is essential, especially during busy shifts. Shifts will mainly be evenings and weekends, with some flexibility during the week depending on bookings and events.

An RSA is preferred but not essential. If you don’t have one yet, we can work with you to get it sorted, and training will be provided to help you get up to speed.
