About the Role
Kanda is seeking a Resourcing Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role ensures the successful and safe delivery of business operations. You will manage administrative tasks, field staff, and scheduling to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability.

The core purpose of this position is to manage a pool of qualified candidates, engage field employees, and consistently meet or exceed client needs.

This is a full-time position based in Underdale, SA.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Employee Management: Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates to meet client needs. Manage sourcing activities, including advertising, screening, and registering applicants via phone or in person. Engage employees through regular communication to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Customer Management & Sales: Support customer retention by following business policies and processes. Ensure adherence to service level agreements, promote Kanda, and drive improved sales through cross-selling activities. Attend onsite meetings as required to build strong customer relationships.
• Safety & Compliance: Promote and embed a safety culture across the business. Ensure all candidates are inducted according to business standards, and all activities comply with relevant legislation and ethical practices.
• Data Management & Reporting: Record all interactions accurately and in a timely manner using business systems. Provide regular reporting on key metrics, including job order and job fill rates.

About You

• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing within a hands-on operational environment.
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry.
• Strong communication skills, acting with integrity and professionalism in all stakeholder dealings.
• Ability to ensure internal controls are in place to minimise financial risk.
• Focused on achieving targets for customer retention, HSE, job orders, and customer feedback.
