About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our multi-venue operations in Brisbane Airport and to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Working across multiple cafes, restaurants and Fast-food venues we have Casual, Part Time or Full-Time basis depending on experience and availability.

As a leader and problem solver, you will guide and support our diverse and friendly team, empowering them to reach their full potential. We’re offering full-time and casual positions for passionate hospitality professionals who want to be part of a global organisation and a career within the hospitality industry.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

Previous leadership experience in a shift supervisor or team leader position for a minimum of 1 year

Background in food handling

Proven accountability for a team of 5 -10 employees

1+ years working in quick-service restaurants

Lead by example attitude

In-depth food safety knowledge

Strong multi-taskers with a can-do attitude.

Those who enjoy a fast-paced environment – our stores can serve 100 + customers per hour

Individuals with high problem-solving skills

Leadership: you must have strong leadership skills
