We’re looking for a motivated and caring Speech Pathologist to join our team as a subcontractor.

With a long waitlist, you’ll step into an immediate caseload and enjoy the benefits of a supportive, multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Exercise Physiologists.

Safety net retainer – 2–3 month guaranteed income while building your caseload

Supportive multidisciplinary team – collaborate daily with OTs, physios, and EPs for holistic care

Marketing & referrals – we’ll feature you on our website and large social media following, plus connect you with our GP and NDIS referral networks

What’s Provided (literally, everything but you):

Fully set-up therapy centre: sensory room, paediatric gym, Pilates studio, and rehab space

All clinical tools and resources: outcome measures, assessments, printer, laminator, computer

Practice management software for notes, scheduling, billing, and NDIS reporting

Full admin/reception support – bookings, confirmations, billing, client enquiries handled for you

Steady stream of referrals, collegial support, and a positive, fun team culture

Pay & Conditions

Commission-based pay: minimum 60–70% with potential to earn double what you’d make as an employee

100% of agreed commission is yours — no hidden admin or clinic fees

Paid fortnightly

No overheads or business costs (just your own insurance)

Retainer period of 2–3 months available

Open to discussing Salary / permanent position roles

About You

SPA registered Speech Pathologist

Minimum 1+ years of experience preferred (paediatric/NDIS background ideal)

Comfortable working with both children and adults, all abilities

Professional indemnity and public liability insurance

WWCC, Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, valid driver’s licence

Passionate, person-centred, and excited to make therapy meaningful and fun

Enjoys working with Paediatrics and neurodiverse individuals
