About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Grade 2 OT to join our Active One Team. We offer a friendly, social and innovative working environment with an outstanding team of health professionals and a support team who all share the same values.

This role can be in a part time or full time capacity.

Our office is based in Frankston (Head Office). We broadly service suburbs South-East of Melbourne. Flexible working arrangements are in place, with the ability to be based at our Head Office, as well as work from home.

Comprehensive Home Assessments

Aids & Equipment Prescription

Neurological and Clinic-based Upper Limb Rehabilitation

Capacity Building/Independent Living Skill Building Programs

Functional and Needs Assessments

Medico-legal Assessment and Reporting

Clinic-based OT Driver Assessments

Clinic-based Pre-Learner & Learner Driver Programs

Working as part of our OT team, the position involves the provision of community and clinic-based clinical assessments, interventions, education and report writing to clients, their families and other service providers. Services are provided to clients from the ages of 6 through to 100+, who present with variety of diagnoses including neurological, developmental and physical.

The successful applicant will enter an above award salary level commensurate with their experience, and will have access to salary packaging options.

Financial support, study leave and extensive training available for an experienced OT with the desire to complete an OT Driver Assessment and Rehabilitation Course.

Financial support and study leave also available for an experienced OT with the desire to expand their knowledge and skills in home modifications.

Current registration with AHPRA

Eligible for registration with OT Australia

Current and valid drivers licence
