Citipointe Kindergarten | Early Childhood Educator – Full-Time

Are you a passionate and qualified educator ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and families? Citipointe Kindergarten is seeking enthusiastic Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our vibrant team, full-time. Come be a part of something special!
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with educators, children, and families to design and implement engaging programs aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
Support children’s learning and development during their foundational years.
Document curriculum and embrace creativity through an emergent curriculum approach.
Build positive relationships with children, families, team members, and management.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and uphold centre policies and procedures.
Actively contribute to the smooth operation of the centre and support your room team.
Uphold our Christian ethos in all aspects of your work.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in early childhood education.
Current Blue Card and Child Protection Certificate.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates.
