Speech and Feeding Centre is a mobile Sydney-based private practice providing assessment and intervention across a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders from infants to adults.

As a Speech Pathologist or Allied Health Assistant with us, you'll have the chance to:
Work with a diverse caseload- Develop experience/skills in a range of clinical areas. (If you have a special interest in Paediatric Feeding, this is the place for you)
Receive clinical supervision.
Be a Clinical Educator to students on placement if that is something you wish to develop skills in
Work flexible hours and days that suits you
Collaborate and learn in a supportive team environment.
Paid Professional Development every year- (your choice of courses to attend)
iPad provided for clinical use
Paid Travel allowance weekly on top of travel time to clients
Low KPIs- Travel time to clients’ homes will also be included in billables and paid for (Any extra time worked over set KPIs, you’ll be paid overtime for! This is completely voluntary)
Mobile caseload- Primary areas we service are North West, West and South West Sydney
We offer above award rates- Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking passionate Speech Pathologists or Allied Health Assistants who:
Hold a recognised Speech Pathology degree (for Speech Pathologist applicants)
Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (CPSP).
Keen interest in working with children and adults to assist with their communication and feeding/swallowing
Hold current Working With Children Check, NSW Police Check, NDIS Worker Check, First Aid and CPR certification
Thrive in a team-based culture.
Have access to a car and valid drivers licence- provision of a vehicle can be negotiated if required
The Allied Health assistant role would be well-suited for current University Speech Pathology students
