About the Opportunity
We have a vacancy for an Organisational Services Manager, based in Perth. This position is part-time or full-time with flexibility in days and hours.
The Organisational Services Manager works closely with the CEO to ensure smooth, effective operations across the organisation. The role oversees HR, administration, systems, communications, and key projects that keep CCLS running efficiently and aligned with its purpose. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is organised, trustworthy, and proactive — equally comfortable planning strategically and delivering practically. You’ll help shape how CCLS supports its people and delivers impact for the Western Australians we serve.

Essential Criteria
- Experience in operations, HR, or project management.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination experience.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital workplace tools.
Desirable Criteria
- Qualifications in management, HR, or a related discipline.
- Experience using Employment Hero or similar HR/payroll systems.
- Knowledge of SCHADS Award provisions and compliance.
- Experience in a legal, financial counselling, or advocacy setting.
