Protek WA – Live Site Refurbishment Builder

At Protek WA, we specialise in providing live site refurbishments and maintenance for government and private commercial clients who aim to reduce disruption and downtime and want to work with someone they can trust.

We are seeking carpenters for our Minor Works and Major Works Departments

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong safety mindset, proven commercial trade experience, and a reliable, professional approach to client service.

What you’ll do

Conduct scope and risk analysis of potential works.

Carry out building works in accordance with plans and scopes

Co-ordinate subcontractors on site as required by the site supervisors

Ensure construction follows design specifications, contracted scope, and building codes in consultation with subject matter experts where appropriate

Inspect work to maintain quality standards and avoid rework

Solve on-site issues and make necessary adjustments to scope or schedule

Ensure tasks comply with work health and safety requirements

Maintain project and compliance documentation

About you

Experience in commercial building environments

Current Working at Heights certificate, White Card, and WA Driver’s Licence

Current Police Clearance or ability to provide

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Safety-first attitude with strong attention to detail.
