About the role
Deliver high level clinical pharmacy services and leadership across STARS. Provide expert medicines management, contribute to service development, and support innovation in digital pharmacy systems to optimise patient outcomes. Exercise independent clinical judgment and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with Metro North Health's values:
• Provide high-level clinical pharmacy services, demonstrating expertise in complex patient care and medicines management.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement, research, and quality use of medicines initiatives.
• Deliver education, supervision, and leadership to pharmacists, students, and other team members.
• Contribute to the optimisation and integration of digital medicines management systems.
• Communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams to support seamless, patient-centred care.
