🌟 Role Snapshot:

Position: Pharmacist in Charge
Location: Glenmore Priceline Pharmacy, Norman Gardens, Rockhampton, QLD
Employment Type: Full-time (Min. 38 hours)
Shifts: Primarily Monday to Friday with rotating weekends alongside 2 other pharmacists (store open 7 days).

🚀 What You’ll Do:

Lead and Inspire: Guide the dispensary team, working alongside 2 full-time Pharmacists and 2 Retail Managers.

Deliver Excellence: Cultivate meaningful customer relationships and provide outstanding healthcare services.

Foster Collaboration: Work as part of the leadership team to ensure seamless operations and foster teamwork.

Elevate Healthcare: Deliver 8CPA professional services and support community health initiatives.

💼 What We’re Looking For:

Leadership Skills: A proven ability to inspire and lead a team.

Customer Focus: Strong connection with the community and a commitment to outstanding service.

Tech Expertise: Proficiency with FRED dispense software.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy and AHPRA General Registration.

Vaccination Certification: Preferred or willingness to obtain.

Driver’s License: Preferred but not essential.
