Peppers Gallery Hotel Canberra (Accor) are looking for casual F&B Attendants to work ongoing until the 15th of December.

Breakfast Service
Shift Time: 6:30am to 11:00am weekly (28hrs to 35hrs)
Pay Rate Monday to Friday: $32.31 per hour + super and allowances
Pay Rate Saturday: $38.78 per hour + super
Pay Rate Sunday: $45.24 per hour + super

Dinner Service
Shift Time: 5:00pm to 10:00pm Weekly (35hrs to 50hrs)
Pay Rate Monday to Friday: $32.31 per hour + super and allowances
Pay Rate Saturday: $38.78 per hour + super
Pay Rate Sunday: $45.24 per hour + super

Bar Attendants
Shift Time: 4:30pm to 10:30pm Weekly (42hrs to 55hrs)
Pay Rate Monday to Friday: $32.31 per hour + super and allowances
Pay Rate Saturday: $38.78 per hour + super
Pay Rate Sunday: $45.24 per hour + super

About You:
- Must have the below uniform and be impeccably presented
- Be experienced in a supervisory role or significant corporate waitstaff experience
- Ensure the smooth operation of your area
- Ensure premium elevated service for VIP Guests
- Be able to manage a section
- Greeting and hosting stadium customers
- Serving Food & Beverages
- Clearing tables as needed
- Restocking fridges
- Other Ad hoc tasks as required

PERSONAL PRESENTATION: READINESS FOR WORK:
At the start of the rostered time you should be clean, groomed, uniformed, fed, well rested, with personal belongings already stowed, and ready to immediately commence work in all other ways required of the position. This is a condition for ongoing employment.

UNIFORM:
Every day you should present in a clean uniform, ready to work. Footwear is to be comfortable with non‐slip soles, and a closed toe style approved to coordinate with the uniform.

GROOMING:
The position requires a person who is clean and well groomed. Males are preferred to be clean-shaven. Females will maintain not more than light makeup.
