Our client, an established builder in Sydney's CBD are looking for a Site Supervisor to join the team due to organic growth to manage fit out and refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with and coordinate all trades / suppliers to deliver services on time
• Liaise with clients and keep them up to date on the progress of projects
• Check materials delivered to ensure they are correct
• Ensure all project milestones are reached as per the scheduled time frames
• Undertake quality control process throughout the construction process and action any defects
• Solve construction issues with trades and suppliers in an efficient time frame
• Undertake WHS inspections and ensure construction sites are in a clean and safe condition
• Coordinate trades and clients during maintenance period

Your background:

• 3+ years' experience supervising Commercial projects
• A strong knowledge of Fit out and Refurbishment projects
• understanding of building codes
• Trade background
