We're seeking a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Psychology (Level C) to join our School of Psychology in early 2026. This is a key academic role focused on delivering high-quality postgraduate education and clinical training in a collaborative, values-driven environment.
The successful candidate will hold AHPRA registration as a psychologist with area of practice endorsement in clinical psychology by the start date and will bring expertise in curriculum development, teaching, and supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver contemporary curriculum that meets accreditation and registration standards.
- Teach and assess postgraduate students using innovative, evidence-based approaches.
- Supervise clinical placements in Murdoch's internal clinic and external settings.
- Support student research and contribute to the School's research priorities.
- Participate in service activities that support the School and University's strategic goals.

About The Team
The School of Psychology at Murdoch University is a collaborative, inclusive team driven by compassion, integrity and a commitment to bringing about positive change. With around 25 academic staff, we deliver psychology programs across our Perth, Singapore and Dubai campuses, preparing students to become ethical professionals who make a lasting contribution to their communities.

What We Offer You
This Continuous | Full Time (37.5 hours per week) based at our South Street, Murdoch campus attracts a remuneration of $135,609 - $156,097 plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

What you'll bring to the role:
- A PhD or doctorate in psychology.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a psychologist, with area of practice endorsement in clinical psychology.
- Psychology Board of Australia-approved supervisor status.
- Proven experience in university-level teaching and assessment, with a commitment to inclusive, student-centred learning.
- A track record of using innovative and evidence-based teaching approaches.
