Are you a passionate and dedicated Educator eager to make a positive impact on children’s lives? We are currently seeking one Permanent Part-Time team member to join our dedicated Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team. This role offers the opportunity to support children through engaging before and after school programs, as well as vacation care.

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals who demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills to support the effective delivery of our OSHC program. The successful applicant will have experience engaging with groups of children aged 4–12 years in a positive, caring, and respectful way.

• 25-30 hours per week during term time (before and after school care hours)

Key Skills and Competencies

• Skilled in supporting children’s behavioural needs in a positive and constructive manner.

• Capable of responding effectively to unexpected accidents, incidents, or emergencies.

• Professional approach to resolving conflicts when they arise.

• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time, Our Place, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations and Act.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Well-developed emotional intelligence, maintaining composure in challenging situations.

• Ability to build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.

• Proficiency in using Xplor or similar software is essential.
