Remuneration: from $123k total remuneration per annum, pro-rata

About The Role:

Join Bendigo Kangan Institute's Health and Community Centre of Excellence (HACCOE) at Broadmeadows as a Health Administration Teacher, making a real difference for students and the wider community. In this part-time role, you'll deliver high-quality vocational education and competency-based assessment for Health Administration, supporting trainees and prospective healthcare professionals in state-of-the-art facilities.

Teaching is required for Health Administration, with classes scheduled throughout the week, including blended learning and evening sessions for traineeships—currently Thursday evenings 5-8pm every fortnight, with flexibility to change. You'll work with a diverse student cohort, supported by continuous mentoring, and contribute to the design and delivery of engaging, industry-relevant learning experiences.

Qualifications:

• Certificate III In Health Administration
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willing to enrol

Experience and Knowledge:

• Industry experience in a Health Services field
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel etc
• Has an understanding of cultural sensitivity and respects and values difference
• Is able to identify language, literacy and numeracy issues
• Can adapt communication style to suit audience and context
• Ability to build constructive relationships with stakeholders
• Has an understanding of the concepts and practices underpinning digital and blended learning and applies as a supplement to the learning program
• Ability to use digital learning for administrative functions, to communicate, collaborate and for presentations
• Provision (and maintenance) of current driver's license where relevant
