About the Firm

This boutique firm partners with a diverse mix of domestic clients across professional services, e-commerce, and retail – most with turnovers up to $50 million. Their focus is on delivering real value through proactive advisory, tax planning, and business insights, not just compliance.

You’ll be working in a supportive, energetic environment with direct access to senior leaders and the autonomy to own your portfolio.

The Role

As Senior Accountant, you’ll be responsible for:

Managing a portfolio of SME clients

Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS

Delivering tax planning and strategic advisory to clients

Managing client relationships and being their trusted advisor

Collaborating with Partners and Managers to deliver high-quality service

Mentoring junior staff and reviewing work as needed

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

4+ years’ experience in public practice

CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)

Strong working knowledge of Xero and XPM

Excellent communication and client management skills

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Full working rights as an Australian citizen or permanent resident
