About the Role:

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Trade Assistant that is looking for a long-term position to join our team. The opportunity will have ongoing training and support with the possibility of an Apprenticeship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities (not limited too):

Supporting tradesperson(s) in the Henderson workshop
Operation of hand and power tools
Cleaning and preparing worksites - work areas as instructed
Cleaning and preparing equipment
Collection and delivery of parts around the Perth metro area
Operate mobile equipment (subject to licencing)

To be successful the following is required:

Minimum 2 years exposure to mechanical operations, previous experience working with Mobile Cranes would be considered highly advantageous, however is not essential to the role.
Valid C class drivers licence
Forklift ticket – essential
Ability to take instruction and use your initiative
Strong communication skills, the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
