In this role as a P&C Business Partner you will be supporting your designated client group & SLT across the entire employee lifecycle. Reporting into an experienced HR leader, this will be your opportunity to work within an interesting industry and gain invaluable experience across a diverse workforce.

About the Role:

As a P&C Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

• Provide HR subject matter expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
• Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Provide advice and support on Awards and Policy interpretation.
• Contribute to all employee lifecycle activities (including employee relations, team development and performance management).
• Maintaining HRIS/ Employee data.
• Assisting with ad-hoc people projects.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Be bright, sparky, and commercially minded
• A natural coach and collaborator with strong partnering skills
• Previous experience in a Consulting environment is desirable (not essential)
• Ideally 5-8 years of HR generalist experience.
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
• Strong attention to detail!
