Are you passionate about cars and great with people? We’re a busy and growing car wreckers and auto parts business looking for a Sales Representative to join our team!

About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be responsible for managing staff, keeping the yard organized, supporting sales reps, and making sure we deliver great service to our customers. We’re after someone who knows the auto parts game, is organized, and can take charge without needing to be micromanaged and as our new Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for selling used and aftermarket car parts to walk-in customers, over the phone, and online. You'll help identify the right parts, provide quotes, and follow up with potential buyers. Automotive knowledge is a big plus, but a strong sales mindset and great communication skills are essential.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in automotive, wrecking, or parts management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good understanding of car parts and makes/models

Ability to manage time and staff effectively

Trustworthy, motivated, and reliable

Basic computer skills (inventory, emails, etc.)
