This is a hands-on role in an established, well-loved bakery with a loyal customer base. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys both baking and front-of-house interaction, and who wants a clear career pathway toward management within a growing brand.

The Role

We’re seeking full-time and part time team members to join our bakery operation.
You’ll be involved in:

Daily customer service and sales in-store

Assisting with baking, preparation, and packaging

Maintaining product presentation and shop cleanliness

Working collaboratively with the production and service team

You’ll start hands-on, learning our systems and customer flow.
As you develop, there will be opportunities to take on management-level responsibilities such as rostering, stock control, and supervising daily operations.

Skills and Qualities Preferred

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality

Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude with strong communication skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Pride in presentation and attention to detail

Macedonian language skills highly preferred (many of our customers speak Macedonian)

Valid Australian work rights
