Coach Captain and Tour Host couples are highly desirable.

About the Coach Captain role:

We are seeking an extended touring Coach Captain to operate our fleet of 5-star luxury coaches and deliver engaging, expert commentary to our guests. You are more than a driver – you are a storyteller and entertainer, curating and sharing local knowledge and stories about the places we visit.

This role does require travel, both interstate and intrastate, so applicants must be aware of this. If any overnight travel is required, all expenses such as flights, accommodation and meals are covered.

Each coach is bespoke-designed and purpose-built for extended touring, engineered for comfort, safety, and reliability over long distances.

Our fleet includes both Gold Class and Diamond Class luxury coaches, offering:

450 horsepower engines with exceptional pulling power and smooth handling.

12-speed automated manual i-Shift transmission for superior fuel efficiency and effortless control.

Rear tag steer for improved manoeuvrability and stability on winding or narrow roads.

Spacious, ergonomically designed driver’s cockpit with advanced technology and comfort features.

Air suspension and whisper-quiet interiors ensuring a relaxed and premium touring experience.

As part of our team, you’ll take pride in operating some of the most comfortable and impressive coaches on Australian roads — designed with both guest and driver in mind.

The key duties of this role are:

Safely operate our fleet of modern, well-maintained luxury ‘Gold Class’ and ‘Diamond Class’ coaches on extended group tours.

Ensure the coach is immaculately presented and cleaned daily.

Work alongside a Tour Host onboard to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the comfort and safety of our guests (2 crew on all tours). The Tour Host will assist with guest needs, check-ins, meals, attractions, etc.

Create and deliver expert commentary between stops (on-road) - local guides are used at attractions (no self-guiding).

Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm

Maintain a clean and safe driving record

The Perfect Coach Captain Fit:

HR licence or above

Previous experience in a similar role (extended touring or charter services, providing commentary)

Hold a current Driver Authority

Strong customer service and communication skills

Professional, well-groomed and caring attitude

Genuine interest in interacting with guests and creating meaningful experiences

About the Tour Host role:

The primary role of a Tour Host is to work alongside the Coach Captain to deliver a superior touring experience for our valued guests. Being a front-line representative of our brand, you are always immaculately presented and groomed, uphold the values and philosophies of the company, and adhere to the safety guidelines and procedures.

Personable, friendly and caring

Professional and well groomed (think Air Hostess presentation)

Holds current First Aid training certificate

Holds RSA
