About the Role

We are currently looking for experienced Chef De Parties, Catering Assistants and Kitchen Hands to work across multiple sites in Melbourne which offers a flexible work schedule whilst delivering a premium dining experience to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create and deliver fresh, seasonal, and high-quality menu options that rival 5-star hospitality standards.
• Cater to boardrooms, private schools, cafés and events.
• Work alongside and support our clients core team to consistently deliver a superior level of service.
• Uphold best practice in food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and OH&S compliance.
• Coordinate daily catering needs and collaborate with our client's team to execute corporate functions seamlessly.
• Work across multiple sites.

What You'll Need

• Unrestricted working rights.
• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Polished presentation and a high level of grooming.
• A high level of professionalism and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Recognised catering and hospitality qualifications (Australian or international).
• Strong culinary background with knowledge of both classical and modern cookery.
• Victorian Food Safety qualifications.
• Victorian Working With Children Check
• Recent Police Check
