About the role

We are seeking an experienced suspended slab Formworker to join our construction team at Allform Constructions. As a Formworker, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects in Central Coast NSW. This is a full-time position that will involve working onsite to set up and dismantle suspended formwork for concrete structures.

What you'll be doing

Interpret construction plans and specifications to fabricate and install formwork

Measure, cut, and assemble formwork components using power tools and hand tools

Install and brace formwork to ensure structural integrity and safety

Dismantle formwork after concrete has been poured and cured

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Collaborate with the construction team to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects

Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site

What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry

Strong understanding of formwork design, construction, and installation techniques

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications

Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with a keen eye for detail

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety

Willingness to work as part of a team and collaborate with other tradespeople
