We’re looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our buzzing Hive at Busy Bees on Furlong Road. This is your opportunity to inspire young minds and make a lasting impact in a centre committed to quality education and care.
About the Role
Lead the development and delivery of a high-quality educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and your team
Observe, plan, and document children’s learning and development
Collaborate with other educators and the Centre Leadership Team to deliver meaningful experiences
Uphold compliance with NQS and centre policies
Inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners every day
What You’ll Need
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
NESA Accreditation (Provisional or Full) as required in NSW
NSW Working with Children Check (Employee)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant regulations
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to professional growth
