We are actively recruiting for Experienced Asphalters (Labourers & Operators) to join our client’s Asphalt Crew in Perth metro and surrounding areas.

Scope of Work:

• Surface Preparation
• Operating mobile equipment
• Road Repairs & Resurfacing
• Civil Roadworks

Requirements:

• Previous asphalt experience (labouring or operating) – essential
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
• Civil or rural roadworks experience
• Willingness to learn and upskill

Tickets & Licences:

• Current Driver’s Licence
• HR or HC Licence (highly desirable)
• Machine Operating Tickets – desirable
• White Card

Successful candidates will receive:

• Weekly pay between $2,500 – $3000 (depending on experience and penalties)
• Penalty rates (time & half, double time, nightshift & public holiday rates)
