The Role

We are looking for experienced asphalters who take pride in their work and are ready to contribute to a professional and high-performing team.

To be successful, you must have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the asphalt industry

• Construction Induction (White) Card

• Current Driver’s Licence (HR preferred)

• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening

• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude

• Reliability and a commitment to long-term employment

• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Experience Required:

• Shovelling, levelling, and rolling

• Operating pedestrian rollers, ride-on twin drum rollers, and skid steers

Desired:

Rake hand experience
