Workfast is seeking a General Hand to for our client based in Bayswater, WA.

This role involves maintaining public parks, sporting ovals, and gardens, working as part of a collaborative crew of four. It's ideal for someone physically fit, used to manual outdoor work, and experienced in using a range of horticultural equipment.

What You Get

• $40.00 per hour + penalties
• Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3:00/3:30pm
• 9-day fortnight with a rostered day off (unpaid)
• Depot facilities including showers, lockers, tea/coffee, and occasional BBQ breakfasts
• Work as part of a collaborative 4-person crew

What You Need

• Current MR auto licence (or higher) and C class manual licence
• Police clearance (within 6 months)
• White Card
• Fit and capable of manual labour, standing and walking all day
• Desirable: Arboriculture or Horticulture qualifications/experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining parks, gardens, and sporting ovals across the city
• Operating mowers, edgers, and other horticultural equipment safely
• Assisting with spraying, pruning, and general upkeep tasks
• Following daily task lists and instructions from the site supervisor
• Contributing to a positive, team-focused work environment
