Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join a well-established leader in the steel manufacturing, distribution, and recycling industry. Based in Chipping Norton, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a company contributing to major construction and infrastructure projects across Australia.

🔹 Position Highlights:

💵 $40 per hour + penalties

⏰ Day shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

📍 Convenient Chipping Norton location

🏗️ Work in a dynamic, large-scale industrial environment

🔹 Your Role Will Include:

Operating counterbalance forklifts to move heavy steel products and materials

Loading and unloading trucks and steel racks

General yard duties and manual handling as required

Following all site safety procedures and protocols

🔹 We're Looking For:

A valid LF Forklift Licence with recent counterbalance experience

Proven experience in heavy or industrial environments preferred

A strong safety focus and ability to follow instructions

Punctual, reliable, and physically fit to handle the demands of the role
