About the Role:

We’re expanding across Queensland and seeking experienced commission-based sales professionals to join our team at East Coast Solar Solutions – a trusted name in solar with a strong presence across metro QLD.

Uncapped commission – up to 20%

Real earning potential: $350K–$600K+

Mixture of residential and commercial clients

High-quality leads

Focus on quality workmanship, reliable systems, and after-sales support

About You:

You’re a proven closer in a commission-only or high-performance sales role

You're confident face-to-face, on the door, and in the home

You’re motivated by results, not micromanagement

You bring professionalism, resilience, and energy

You hold a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (initially)
